Trials

In 2001 Professor Dr. E. Nieschlag, then president of the German Society of Andrology (DGA), initiated QuaDeGA, as an external quality control programme for semen analysis. Initially participation was voluntary. Since the German Federal Medical Board (BÄK) released its Guidelines for Quality Assurance in Spermatology (RiliBÄK) in 2011, participation in a quality control programme is mandatory for all laboratories in Germany.

QuaDeGA has been recognized as an accredited proficiency testing provider according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17043:2023 since October 2023.

To access the QuaDeGA platform the center ID (=participant´s number without “TN”) and the individual password are required. If the password has been forgotten, contact: Barbara.Hellenkemper@ukmuenster.de

COSTS / REGISTRATION

Around 700 laboratories from Germany and abroad regularly participate the QuaDeGA programm.

Costs:

150 for DGA members, 200 for non-members per Trial. VAT is not charged in the reverse procedure if a VAT identification number is provided to us. For example „ATU 12345678“ for labs from Austria
